Tic Tac Launches Immersive ‘Open Up’ Event
The health benefits that opening up mentally and emotionally bring are well documented.
Last weekend Tic Tac launched its free, open to the public, pop-up event in Covent Garden, London. Taking place at the Tic Tac Open House, this innovative and immersive experience was designed to encourage people to open up in a fun and light hearted way.
Incentives to attend included one pack of 100 Tic Tacs per person, to be uniquely personalised with a ‘share with others’ message, and the opportunity to win a pair of tickets to this summer’s Elrow music festival, for anyone sharing their GIF* using the hashtag #TicTacOpenUp .
The weekend’s Interactive activities included guests’ creations of bespoke Tic Tac flavour mixes chosen from 10 flavours, such as Fresh Mint, Orange, Passion Fruit and Cherry Cola.
Guests also inspired the flavours of the future by sharing their flavour combination ideas, to be investigated by Tic Tac’s Research & Development team for potential future innovation.
The ‘Mixers’ cocktail bar, provided a breakout and social area, again inspired by Tic Tac’s famous flavours, while the more serious yet fun attendees immersed themselves in the Open House archives to learn how the brand achieved household status for almost 50 years.
Famous faces at the event included last year’s Love Island contestant Camilla Thurlow (see featured image). Camilla is an advocate for Tic Tac’s campaign to encourage people to ‘Open Up’ and is continually improving connections with her friends.
